Web Application Developer

Labitat Inc., a search engine marketing consultancy located in Merritt Island, Florida is looking for a mullet web app developer with 2 - 3 years experience and / or graduating with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Mullet Development: Web application development process whereby a developer spends 50% of their time on the front end (User Interface) and 50% in the back end (database and application layers).

A "mullet developer" is well versed in js and css (for the front) and comfortable with sql and one of many application development languages used to acces one of a number of different datasources. It is important to note that a "mullet developer" is not a web designer or a css expert but rather utilizes an html / css template that a designer has built and integrates that template into a web application. Likewise, a "mullet developer" is not a dba but is comfortable with SQL, stored procedures, views and the like but usually doesn't get too far into tuning or replication besides adding indexes to tables from time to time.

If you think you may fit the bill up to this point then you can continue reading the job requirements below, if you don't fit (or would not want to fit) into the developer profile described above then don't waste any more of your time.
